In 1989 Gil purchased Safer Brakes at the current address. Now known as “Gil Auto”. Over time he totally refurbished the premises.The building now houses six hoists and a host of the latest diagnostic computers scan tools cover nearly all makes and models. Gil was a founding member of AASDN NSW. He is regular contributor to the TAT (The Automotive Technician) monthly publication. He has lectured to many of their annual conferences.
