Want to improve or refresh your automotive electricals knowledge? Are you going in circles, and wasting valuable time when dealing with electrical faults?

Auto Electrical Fundamentals Course is for you.

This course will help you become a better Automotive Electrical Diagnostician. In this hands-on course, technicians will learn how to get the most out of their DMMs to find and repair electrical problems on today’s vehicles.

You will learn:

  • Fundamental principles of electrical circuit
  • How electrical circuits work
  • How electrical circuits fail
  • How to use digital multi meter
  • How to use amp clamp
  • How voltage and electron current behave in a circuit
  • How to accurately identify the problem in an electrical circuit
  • Fundamentals of automotive wiring
  • Introduction to schematic diagrams

We will focus on the practical ways to understand electricity that will actually apply to electrical diagnosis and repairs.

Each technician will have plenty of opportunity to create, experiment, test and identify various electrical circuits on real electrical test boards.

Please bring in your own DMM meter.

any test lights, amp clamps and hand-held oscilloscope if you have them.
